Ticketing
Tickets are not refundable once purchased.
Tickets will be sold up to four days ahead of the event and posted to the purchaser. All tickets sent out by first class post at least two weeks before the event. In the event of customers purchasing tickets and not receiving them in time, a collection point is available in the main car park and open two hours ahead of the performance time. Please arrive in good time to collect your tickets.
Lost tickets will not be replaced. If you have any difficulties ahead of the event, or your tickets have not arrived a week before the event, please contact the Box Office.
Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold.
Leeds Castle Enterprises is the promoter of the events at the castle listed on its website unless otherwise stated. The venue is provided by kind permission of the Leeds Castle Foundation.
Tickets are required for every person, whatever age, attending the event. This is essential to ensure we are conforming to the conditions of our premises licence. Where there are concessions for children or babes in arms, a separate price is given. Generally evening events are not considered suitable for children if no price is given.
In the event of the illness or indisposition of the artist, or other circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, Leeds Castle reserves the right to substitute an artist of similar standing, or to postpone the event.
Outdoor events will take place regardless of weather conditions, unless it is judged by the local authorities to be unsafe to hold the event. In those circumstances, the castle will seek to fix an alternative date, or will offer a refund.
Further information about attending the event is provided on your ticket wallet. Please read this carefully before attending a concert.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure wheelchair users have good access to the events, there is a considerable distance between the car parks and the event site, even for disabled customers. Anyone with mobility impairment should seek the use of a wheelchair if they are unable to negotiate a long walk which is in places uphill. These wheelchairs are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are concerned you may not be able to manage without one, please consider hiring one and bring it with you.
Leeds Castle operates a strict no drugs, no weapons policy. The police will be called to deal with any allegations of criminal activity.
Sme tickets will carry a booking fee (per transaction or per ticket purchased) and this will be added to your shopping cart at the time of purchase.
Secure Transaction Policy
Leeds Castle Enterprises Limited operates a secure transaction policy and uses SecureTrading.com as their secure payment service provider.
All card debits and refunds will be processed through the SecureTrading.com secure server.
Leeds Castle Enterprises Limited does not have access to or hold information provided by you in relation to your credit or debit card.

Order Confirmation
Once a successful order has been placed you will receive an automated email confirmation. This will contain your ACCOUNT and ORDER numbers, to be used in any Eshop communication with Leeds Castle Enterprises Limited.

Shipping
We can ship our current Eshop products to almost any address in the world.
Depending on the product being shipped, selected fulfilment networks may be used.
Most orders will be shipped within 14-28 days of purchase, depending on location and weight. You will be notified immediately if this is not the case.
Event tickets may not be available at the time of purchase and will be forwarded as soon as they become available. Please read your Eshop receipt carefully as this may carry fulfillment details for the ticket purchased.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based upon the items chosen and your delivery country.
All items are calculated separately depending on weight and insurance requirements.
A maximum shipping cost of 30GBP is applied to every transaction.
There is no minimum shipping cost.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Grouping Items
Where possible items will be shipped in one shipment.
Items such as event tickets and vouchers may be shipped separately to other products.
Returning Goods

Returns Policy
We can exchange or refund perfect merchandise within 28 days of the product being shipped upon production of a your receipt or order number.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be replaced or refunded unless Leeds Castle Enterprises or our selected courier is at fault.
For safety reasons we cannot accept returned items of food, toiletries or pierced earrings unless faulty.
All event tickets are non-refundable (please see the documentation enclosed with your tickets for full terms and conditions).
Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and can only be used as documented in the terms and conditions with each voucher.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |
